Due to the nature of tarot card readings as a personalized digital service, all sales are final once your reading has been delivered.
No Refunds After Delivery Once your tarot reading has been completed and sent to you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This is because the service has been fully rendered and the information shared cannot be "returned."
Cancellations Before Delivery If you need to cancel your reading before it has been started or delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Quality Guarantee We are committed to providing thoughtful, detailed readings. If you have concerns about the quality or completeness of your reading, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work with you to address any issues.
Technical Issues If you experience technical problems receiving your reading (such as email delivery failures), please contact us immediately and we'll resend your reading at no additional charge.
